From: gunilla.fagerholm@_NO_JUNK_telia.com              Hi Jill,       You must be a hidden relative of mine as we are actually thinking the       same way. Imagine that just two days ago my husband and i were       discussing the hybrid maize in Kenya. It is awfully expensive for the       poor people and it also needs a lot of fertilizer. So if anybody can       come up with a solution, so that it behaves like your tomatoes, it       would be wonderful. But we know it is an infected question since the       big companies prefer hybrids.              For three consecutive years we discovered in our garden (which used to       be a maize field) two several square metre big patches full of       cocktail tomatoes. We do not know where they came from and we do not       think that the former owner, a very poor man, had cultivated them.       They were very tasty and we had to fight with our dogs who also loved       tomatoes in order to pick them ourselves. We never saw anyone       cultivating cocktail tomatoes nor did we see them sold in the       province. A mystery!              Now please keep your thumbs crossed (or whatever it is called in       English) about our mushroom project. Will let you know how it is going       on.              BiBi from your extended family in Sweden       Gunilla F                            On 12 Jun 2006 13:57:12 -0700, "jill" |
