   You sent me to my books. It appears that the poisons   
   that cause liver and kidney damage if G.esculenta   
   is not sufficiently cooked can accumulate over a   
   period of time if the fungus is eaten regularly,   
   even if well cooked each time. At once a year you   
   are probably OK.
