   Seriously, it is interesting to know about all the toxins to keep a balance   
   in our exposure to them. Truth is we are exposed to a shitload of toxins   
   every minute and our cells are able to deal with most.   
   A friend told me the other day the most toxic spider in the world is a   
   'daddy-longlegs', but it's mouth is too small to bite us. (I haven't   
   researched this, He's TV educated)   
   If he is correct and I grab a bunch of lettuce in the garden, (then chow   
   down) and a daddy-longlegs is in that bunch, will I be underground fungi   
   food (dead I mean).
