   No, i am not taking that wrong. I feel equally sorry for people in bad   
   need whether they live in Africa, the US or Europe or any other part   
   of the world. I wish i could help everyone but Africa has been the   
   closest i have come to real poverty. In sweden there is nobody   
   starving, not even me and my husband though we left everything we   
   owned in Africa. We have this safety net around us so we will never   
   starve. i wish every country had that.   
      
   The worst thing in africa is the diseases, seing people die daily,   
   whether of aids, malaria, cholera, typhoid or ebola. 35% of the people   
   in my african village have aids and they are so ashamed of it they   
   will not even tell you. Imagine being ashamed when it is not even your   
   own fault - even if it is your own fault you should never have to be   
   ashamed of an illness.   
      
   One thing that is really bothering me is that once you are an older   
   person (like me and my husband) no charity organization is interested   
   in your help, only in your money. And we know that only a small part   
   of the money donated arrives where it should.   
      
   OK i am not solving the world´s problems today. My head is spinning   
   trying to find a good norwegian joke.
