   Ventured to occasional forays when time permitted. This not being the prime   
   season,   
   the expectations were low, but the Amanita,  Boletus and Russula made a good   
   showing   
   and offerred an opportunity to study the European species. Checked to see if   
   anything   
   shows up while in Greece, but the weather was way too hot and dry.
