   I am not sure. Amanita pantherina has striated cap margin, and on that pic I   
   send i can't notice that. When I magnify a stem (lower half) I see yellow   
   colour near the base of stem (veil remains). Maybe Amanita franchetii or   
   Amanita spissa?   
      
   P.S. This pics aren't mine. I also get them from others who ask me about   
   that fungi. I am in the same position as you are. I saw only the pictures.
