   Found in grass, near mature oak tree in group of four.   
   Largest measuring 5" across and ~5" tall. Younger caps somewhat misshapen.   
   Stem 3 1/2 x 5/8", not bulbous at base, center 1/8" hollow. Base of stem   
   staining quite yellow when first cut but fading to off-white in 15-20 min.
