I had the find of a lifetime (earlier post, sulfer shelf-chicken mushroom)
I boil it to be on the safe side.
Some of the mushrooms weighed about 9lbs. My friends and I have eaten about
a car trunkfull with no ill effects. It grew on a nothern Minnesota hardwood
   (oak)
