   You are right - honey mushroom (Armillaria). There are more species or   
   varieties of honey mushrooms. And depending on that, the veil could be white   
   or yellow. It is normally that underside of ring is yellow. I think that is   
   Armillaria mellea.   
   Spore print must be white.
