   I've canned them many times. I simply steam them until about 1/2 cooked,   
   pack into pint or 1/2 pint sterile jars, cover with the steaming liquid or   
   water, add a pinch of salt, screw on sterile lids & rings and process @ 10   
   pounds pressure for 10 minutes.
