   The proper name for these people is 'locals'   
   No patience with dogs (makes them mean like thier owners)   
   No patience with dogs = no patience with children (¿why the hell are you   
   chewing on that?)   
   Probably they are doing the best they can, and just get inside their heads   
   (fungal infested, a good thing) and eventually they will open up and share.
