   You found golden chanterelle - Cantharellus lutescens. Edible and tasty.   
      
   Only really dangerous look-alike Cantharelles (for not-experienced pickers)   
   would be Omphalotus olearius which grows (parasitizes) on decaying broadleaf   
   trees and stumps (oak, chestnut, olive...), and not on ground like   
   Cantharelles.
