Nothing *lately*. But, I have been using dried Auricularia auricula in
salad dressing. I found some today, but I have so much I didn't harvest
it. I dry and store it. For dressing, I coarsely grind the dried
mushrooms in a coffee grinder. I mix it with salt, whatever spices fit
the mood, and either red wine vinegar or rice wine vinegar, and heat in
the microwave. The warm vinegar solution is then mixed with olive oil
   to complete the dressing.

I've made dressing using dried Grifola frondosa, that I found last fall.
It has an almond-like flavor. I'm anxious to try other varieties in a
   similar fashion.
