   After a trip to a farm I am now in possesion of three baskets of black   
   morels and one basket of white morels. I've never had so many morels; ever.   
   Aside from drying what else can I do for long term storage?  Can they   
   somehow be frozen?  Or is drying the only option? What's the best drying   
   method?  I've read a few options on a couple cooking sites, a couple said   
   to briefly saute mushrooms before freezing, but they were talking about   
   store bought mushrooms. One suggested an expensive stand alone dehydrator.   
   I was I was wondering if anyone had any first hand information on storing   
   so many morels.
