From: riburr@shentel.net              I find this in my backyard where a rabbit hutch had been years earlier.        I usually only find one or two small to medium-sized mushrooms a few       days after a rain. The almond flavor is strong and exquisite. The       variety I find is rather small, with caps hardly ever reaching 2"       diameter. And, it almost always displays a strong yellow tint. I am       always pleasantly surprised by the strength and persistence of the       flavor and aroma. I usually slice it very thin and use it raw in       salads. I may try to cultivate it, eventually.
