|    "Foxfire" (Biolum Fungi)    |

Can anyone tell me when and where (in the U.S., particularly west of       the Mississippi) bioluminescent fungi, commonly and collectively known       as "foxfire," can be reliably seen? This could include any of the       biolum species--armillaria, ompholatus, mycena, etc. I'm especially       interested in any specific trails or areas in state or national parks       that you might know of. I'm a writer working on an assignment for a       national outdoor rec magazine.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
