   It's been dry, dry, dry following the rain we had over a week ago.  Most   
   of the days have been cloudless and breezy.  We did have one cloudy day,   
   accompanying a front that moved through, but no moisture.  Now, it has   
   simply gotten cooler and drier.  Loosing hope for any significant show   
   of mushrooms this year.  The current climate is just not   
   mushroom-friendly; very infrequent, quick shots of rain, followed by   
   extended dry periods.
