I have looked in my old copy of Phillips and another
   UK book by Marcel Bon.
   A. ceceliae has two synonyms: A. inaurata and
   A. strangulata. Phillips has actual photographs, Bon
has drawings, but they are obviously the same mushroom.
What puzzles me is that Phillips does not use the
ceceliae species name, but his book has been updated
and the new copy may do.
