They were mostly 3/4 the way up fairly steep hillsides.       Madison County took half the time to find those because I knew where       they were "hiding" by the end of the day. I think it is still early in       the higher ground. One bad thing... tons of ticks out this year.              I heard from a fellow hunter that he found 10 lbs. of yellows down in       the lowlands along the Illinois river in Calhoun County.
