   Eating it now.  Yummy indeed.  Fried the pictured 'shrooms in olive oil,   
   with rice, soy sauce, brown sugar and chives.  Getting a little   
   bitterness from the coral mushrooms, but nicely balanced by the soy and   
   brown sugar.  Will report if the corals cause any gastric problems.   
   Don't really know my corals, besides Hericium and Sparassis.  Will eat   
   some tonight, and the remainder for lunch tomorrow if all goes well.   
   Maybe they'll stretch into 3 meals; I'm feeling kinda full.
