   Cook all morels - thoroughly.   
      
   *NEVER* eat false morels (Gyromitra esculenta) as these are cumulatively

   Beware of websites. *ANYBODY* can pontificate on a website. Get a book

   No. Weight-for-weight. dried mushrooms contain more proteins than dried   
   meat - though *SOME* of the proteins may not be digestible.
