   Rusts are strange.  I'm familiar with Cedar Rust.  Galls look like   
   geometric emissaries from a distant galaxy.  I seem to remember seeing   
   something like the Cronartium galls, seen in a Google image search.   
   Must have been infrequent and some time ago, since I don't remember   
   specifics.  Quercuum?  Oak.  I read where oak is an alternate host.
