   Looks rather more like an immature Sperassis crispa to me. Enlarging the   
   pic doesn't help a lot, but it really doesn't look like a Ramaria to me.   
      
   I have been wrong before, I'm told...   
      
   . crispa grows in association with conifers. Usually found in autumn though.
