   It's not the pixel-count that does it with jpegs, it's the compression.   
   If I didn't have such a slow connection here I'd put up a pair of   
   comparison pics right now - but in order to make the FTP client work I   
   have to go into the nearest city and find wifi. I'll do so sometime   
   after the weekend - no bus at weekends.
