   Foraged on Father's Day for mushrooms, but didn't find anything   
   worthwhile 'til I returned to the truck.  About 50 yds. from my vehicle   
   I noticed something I missed on my way into the woods.  Looked like a   
   beacon, it was so colorful:

   Prime rib was seared with onions in a skillet before placing in the oven   
   to bake.  The Laetiporus was pulled apart and added to the onions and   
   meat seepings to saute on medium low heat.  When the meat was done, it   
   was topped with the mushrooms and onions:
