   You should bear in mind (and so should Google) that Cantharellus   
   cibarius is only called 'chanterelle' in the English-speaking world.   
      
   The French, who after all, named the things, think of C.   
   infundibuloformis in its two varieties - grey chanterellr and yellow   
   chanterelle as 'chanterelles'.   
      
   C. cibarius (and I presume, the little red jobs) are known to   
   Francophones as 'girolle'.   
      
   A mushroom by any other name tastes just as good, mind...
