From: riburr@shentel.net Smoked crimini mushrooms and salted herring melted into Swiss cheese on Portuguese bread. Store-bought crimini mushrooms were smoked using wild grapevine. But, I kinda overdid it, to the point of over smoking. They're strong, so best tempered with some bread and cheese. Needless to say, this breakfast is not for the faint or weak hearted.
