   Hickory smoked morels and Portuguese toasted bread.  Morels were   
   marinated overnight in olive oil, fresh basil, minced garlic and kosher   
   salt.  Fresh, dried, shaved hickory was used for smoke.  Olive oil was   
   dribbled over toast.  Breakfast was vegetarian, a bonus since today is   
   Good Friday (no meat).  Mushrooms attained a very surprising and   
   beautiful golden color, slightly crispy texture, and *very* meaty taste.
