   Cut the Meripilus into broad slices and have them marinating in olive   
   oil, kosher salt, garlic, fresh chives and basil, a squeeze of half a   
   lemon, a little brown sugar, and just a dash of chicken bouillon.   
   Mushroom will marinate overnight for smoking tomorrow.  See:
