   Tons of 'em in the forest now.  Ringed and ringless.  I use scissors to   
   harvest the caps.  I microwave a bunch of them in a big bowl in the   
   microwave to liberate much of the moisture.  Then stir the bunch with   
   herb-infused oil (usually peanut and sesame), a little sugar and soy   
   sauce.  Let the mushrooms absorb everything, then fry them with rice and   
   onions in a skillet.  Vegetarian.  Pictures to come.
