   Went picking lobster mushrooms, but only found a few.  So, I picked some   
   big boletes I found in the same area.  I'll probably go out and pick   
   more boletes as they're everywhere.   
      
   I'm thinking of pickling the lobsters and boletes using lemon juice,   
   garlic, a little sugar and old bay seasoning to make something   
   resembling seafood.  There's a whole bunch more boletes in the woods.
