   Some guides state you should exercise caution when eating them.  It's   
   difficult to identify the mushroom hosting the mold that turns it into a   
   lobster.  I never had a problem eating them.  I like 'em pickled and   
   eaten cold as a side dish.  I think they're choice edibles; solid meat   
   of substantial heft, beautiful color and good taste.
