   Dunno about what you ate, or your tastebuds, but St. George's mushrooms   
   taste *nothing* like your shop stuff.   
      
   I'd put the texture as 'much meatier'   
      
   *I* found some Agaricus macrosporus around the middle of May. Largest   
   was the size of a dinner plate. One medium-sized one was maggoty, but   
   the rest were free of extra protein.
