      Have both of my incoming e-mail accounts working fairly well   
   (sometimes one of them does not alert me of incoming mail).   
      BUT   
      Norton AV refuses to recognize either account; in fact it refused to   
   recognize *one* account, when that was all i had.   
      And following the instructions in Norton for manual configuration   
   does not work.   
      When i tried, i could not get any e-mail; worse i could not "reset"   
   the system - something got trashed (had to uninstall, edit the registry   
   and re-install).   
      
      So, does anyone have an idea as to how one can *properly* manually   
   configure e-mail for Norton?   
      
      ((Never had a problem with Netscape 4.72 or 6.2))
