   My friend has a small floating title bar appear whenever she opens Netscape   
   7.1 Mail that takes repeated attempts to close it to make it go away for   
   good.  I thought it was spyware and walked her through a complete clean up   
   of her computer without removing the annoying floating bar.  Anyone have any   
   ideas?  I can post a screenshot if it's allowed.
