   You can try changing the path in the "Local directory" box in Edit ->   
   Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings -> Local Folders.   
      
   I would move the mail folders from the transplanted Local Folders folder   
   to the Local Folders folder created by the program and then delete the   
   transplanted Local Folders folder.
