   You may need to play with the check boxes in Edit > Preferences > Navigator.   
      
   Or try the "Home Button" extension, it puts a Home button on the   
   Navigation Toolbar.  The extension works with Netscape 7.1 & 7.2, I   
   don't know if it'll work with 7.02.
