   1. A question cannot be _clearly_ asked in the subject, when it   
    exceeds the width of the reader's subject column.   
      
    What I see of your subject line is this:   
      
    "Second inquiry: Is there a way to ac"   
      
      
   2. How I would suggest you post your question is similar   
    to comparing a newspaper headline (the message subject)   
    with a newspaper article (the message body).   
      
    The headline (or message subject) should...   
    • not be the entire article;   
    • tell you enough about the article so you know whether   
    you want to read the article or not;   
    • be no longer than necessary to do this.   
      
    The article (or message body) should provide more detail than   
    could fit in a headline (or message subject).
