   Running Netscape 8.0 on XP Pro.  There are 4 users on this machine.   
   Netscape will start for 3 of the users but will not start for 1.  All users   
   are administrators with no restrictions.  This was happening with Netscape   
   7.1 as well I thought the update might fix the problem but it did not.   
   Netscape appears to be starting fine, shows connecting with tabbed browsing   
   visible.  Then it just disappears without any error notification.   This   
   happens everytime we try to start it for this 1. user.   IE connects without   
   a problem.
