   Okay, stop what you are doing    
      
   go offline. Netscape/Mozilla/TB off   
      
      
   Go to your profile folder   
   Look in mail and see if your inbox  file still exists   
   ignore the inbox.msf   
      
   can you see that file?  What size is it?   
   If it is of the proper size (as you say 25mb) then rename the file to   
   inboxold   
      
   Restart Mozilla/Netscape, go online   
   a new empty inbox file will be created (check mail)   
   save any messages from that inbox to another location (Local folders   
   would be good)   
      
   Quit Netscape/Mozilla   
   now, rename the inboxold to inbox, allowing it to replace the newer one   
   (which is empty)   
      
   Restart Netscape/Mozilla   
   you should have your old emails back
