   Netscape 8 is only intended as a replacement/alternative to AOL's IE   
   based browser   
      
   It doesnt/wont do email or newsgroups, its a browser ONLY   
   It isnt availabe for Mac or Linux   
      
   IMHO, if you are not now using AOL's IE based browser, there is no   
   advantage to Netscape 8   
   Its better to use Mozilla 1.7.8, or Firefox and Thunderbird
