   In NAV 2003's options the scanning of incoming and outgoing e-mail was   
   the default setting and it does that.  It didn't make me mess with the   
   settings of any e-mail program I use.   
      
   What version of NAV are you using?   
   Did it come with a manual or setup instructions?
