   NS should remember any email address you type yourself anyway.  From   
   there, it will either auto-complete the address as you type in the first   
   few letters, or you can go to WINDOW -> Address Book and click on the   
   addresses you want to use.   
      
   You can also add e-mail addresses from messages you recieve by right   
   clicking on the email address and selecting "add to address book."
