   Here's an odd thing....I'm running Netscape 7.2, Win XP Pro.   
     All of my e-mail and newsgroup options are disappearing.   
   The icons in the lower left hand of the screen are gone.   
   All I have is that Netscape Navigator steering wheel icon.   
   I have no Mail or Newsgroup preference buttons.  My Privacy   
   and Security option under Preferences does not expand....I   
   click on it and the + turns to a - but no options are available.   
      
   If I reinstall 7.2, all is fine.......for a   
   while.......until I have to (for whatever reason) cancel   
   Netscape through Task Manager......then when I restart 7.2,   
   all my e-mail and newsgroup stuff is gone.   
      
   I can still start Netscape Mail thru the Start/Programs menu.   
      
   Any ideas?
