I've been a loyal Netscape user since 1996 and started with Netscape
3 and continued with each update since then.
Last week I installed 8 to give it a try. (Had tried the beta and
dumped it in no time). There are some things I like and there are
several I dislike (such as having to use Outlook Express for mail. {I
use Agent for the groups} To me having to use OE is mixing two
browsers without much success. I don't care for IE and the reason I
went with Netscape in the first place. If I wanted to use IE I
   would.)
    My question is this.
When I attempt to listen online some sites will work and others
won't. (They ALL worked with 7.2). When I click to listen the reload
icon will change to a X then back to reload. I'll wait a bit.
However, nothing happens. The icon will spin a couple of times then
quit. I can download the .ram file and click that from Real Audio and
listen. This seems to be a round about way of doing things, but then
it seems the power-that-be at Netscape now are trying to be that way.
But there are some sites that I can click and listen with no problem.
Is this a problem with N8 or a config problem? If so, how do I
correct that? I have disabled the pop up stopper (which I LOVE and
glad it was kept from 7) and that makes no difference. I'm using
Win98SE. I also still have 7.2 installed. Didn't want to be hasty in
   deleting. :)
    TIA for any help.
