   My netscape has gotten a problem in that it will no longer open the down   
   load manager and consequently i can't actually save anything from the   
   net or email onto my hard drive as a separate file.   
      
   anyone know how to correct this?   
      
   i'm using netscape 7.1.   
      
   should i reinstall netscape to correct?  will this affect my mail   
   archives?  or will they be fine?
