   parent.lock  should be under C:\Windows\Application   
   Data\Mozilla\Profiles\Default\Idux9415.slt. If it's not there you   
   probably haven't installed Netscape properly.   
      
   Try uninstalling it again, then go to the registry and edit/find and   
   carefully remove all entries that contain references to 'Mozilla' then   
   'Netscape, whether they are keys or values of keys. You will probably   
   find plenty left in there. Do the same for any files and folders left on   
   your hard drive, particularly those not uninstalled under   
   C:\Windows\Temp. Then try another re-install of Netscape.
