   While 7.2 is closed delete the Inbox.msf file in your profile's   
   \Mail\mail.account.name folder.   
      
   Don't delete any file that has no extension.   
      
   And while you've got Windows Explorer open, empty your C:\Documents and   
   Settings\*user*\Local Settings\Temp folder.
