      From: aspasia@adelphia.net              Hope you can help me, folks.              Ever since I installed Netscape 8, I have had the following annoying       message several times a day. It says "sorry, have encountered a       problem, have to close". So I have to start all over again what I was       working on.              Now I have a NEW problem. I can't OPEN Netscape 8. It says:              "This program must close to allow a previous installation attempt to       complete. Please restart."              Well, there IS no "previous installation attempt", but I obediently       went ahead and restarted. Same message. Then I closed completely       and restarted.
