   If you used the online installer to install the program, try   
   reinstalling using the offline installer from   
   http://browser.netscape.com/ns8/download/download_alt.jsp   
      
   Netscape 8's bookmarks are stored in a file named bookmarks.html.  If   
   you are using Windows XP, it may be in your computer's C:\Documents and   
   Settings\*user*\Application Data\Netscape\ folder.
